The Inspection

At the end of the walk through, a detailed and objective computerized report with pictures will be generated that will list the defects observed, as well as suggest preventative measures that will help you avoid costly future repairs. We then review the report with you and categorize facts or conditions that can then be addressed with the seller. Our report will also be emailed in pdf format for easy sharing with agent or attorney.

But our service doesn’t end there. As our client, you can reach out to us any time after the inspection, even after the purchase. You can contact us with any questions about potential repairs needed that arise unexpectedly. We even provide consulting services for remodeling ideas, modernizing components or enhancing the energy efficiency of your home. With these added services at your disposal, your initial fee has the potential for huge returns.

We work for you and only you. Our finding and expert opinions are solely in your best interest. Our fee is not based on the sale of the property, nor are we influenced by the buying or selling agent. We pride ourselves on educating our clients and trying to make this stressful time as enjoyable as possible.
